I graduated from Oregon School of Massage here in Salem OR in 2003. I have enjoyed providing the Salem area with quality massage care ever since! I adapt each session to the client and what they are needing that day. I help people recover from injuries with deep tissue and trigger point work and also can give them a deeply relaxing experience if they prefer with a variety of techniques . I have my own private practice inside Indigo Wellness Center right on the edge of downtown Salem. I do not accept any insurances at this time unless it is a motor vehicle claim with a doctor's referral.
We specialize in therapeutic deep tissue and relaxation massage. Our goal during each of our sessions is to give our clients exactly what they are wanting and more. We serve those who have chronic pain, headaches or have recently been in an accident/injured. We also accommodate those who simply want to relax and let the stress of daily life melt away for an hour or more.
I currently offer 60 min and 90 min therapeutic massage. Whether you just want to unwind after a stressful day, recovering from a tough workout or that old injury is flaring up again I can help you feel better. Please note available hours are by appointment only.
Massage for people living with cancer and medically frail members of the community. From acute trauma due to auto accidents to chronic shoulder and low back pain, my goal is to get you back to the Speed of Life!
We offer a safe and healing environment provided by licensed professionals, committed to bringing you effective treatment solutions for injury, pain, mobility and overall wellness. Our massage services are exclusively fully clothed treatments. By eliminating the need to undress, we’re able to maximize your time in hands-on care.
