I focus on head and neck. This relaxes the body and muscles in the back. I address hands and wrist, due to phones and computers. After you turn over to face down, I can adjust the table for the female anatomy, lowering the breast area for complete comfort. Working from the feet to the head, the body relaxes more for back issues. If time is needed elsewhere, I work from the waist up. You pick your own music, so you can relax the way you need.
