At Origin Bodywork, I specialize in helping people find relief from persistent muscle tension, chronic aches, and stubborn musculoskeletal discomfort. My approach goes beyond a traditional relaxation massage, focusing on understanding your concerns, identifying areas of restriction, and developing a session tailored to your individual needs. My specialties include deep tissue massage, therapeutic bodywork, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and techniques that incorporate both passive treatment and active movement. I have a particular interest in addressing neck and shoulder tension, lower back discomfort, restricted mobility, and issues that have persisted despite previous attempts at relief. Every client is different, which is why I focus on individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all routine. Whether you’re an athlete pushing your body to its limits, someone dealing with the demands of everyday life, or a person who has struggled with tension for years, my goal is to help you move more comfortably and feel better in your body. At Origin Bodywork in Abilene, Texas, you’ll find a professional, client-focused approach centered on your goals, your comfort, and your progress. My mission is simple: to help you better understand your body, address areas of concern, and work toward lasting improvements in how you feel and move.
