At Somatic, healing starts with truly listening to your body, your story, and your needs. Every session is a customized drawing from your history, your goals, and what your body is telling us in the moment. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all techniques or forcing change through pain. Instead, I work layer by layer, gently partnering with your nervous system to reach the root of tension and dysfunction. My goal isn’t just to treat symptoms, it’s to support real, sustainable healing through thoughtful, consistent, and intentional care.
