I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years after graduating from the Lane Community College L.M.T. program in 2014 where I was trained in Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofacial release, trigger point techniques and muscle stretching. Since that time I have continued my education by receiving training in Lomi Lomi hot stone massage therapy. Focusing on the therapeutic aspect of massage, I seek to locate the root cause of each of my client's discomfort. Based on my findings and the client's feedback I offer a treatment plan to not only relieve stress, but to also improve overall bodily functions.
My mission is to help my clients experience the peace and joy that comes from better health. I have 12 years of professional experience. I specialize in deep tissue massage, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, low back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, stiff neck, and psoas work. I also do cupping, fascia blasting, and hot stones.
