He primarily focuses on hip and knee arthritis, including total and partial knee replacements and total hip replacements utilizing a minimally invasive direct anterior approach to the hip. He also specializes in complex revisions of hip and knee replacements. Dr. Shapiro implements the latest techniques available including computer navigated surgery.
