The Little Dreamers team is led by husband-and-wife dentists Dr. Andrew Carranco and Dr. Beatriz Guerra, a dynamic duo proudly serving the Valley with compassionate, child-centered care. With years of specialized pediatric experience and a genuine love for working with kids, their mission is to nurture healthy smiles and inspire big dreams. Dr. Andrew Carranco, DMD, MS, is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist who trained at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and The Ohio State University. His nationally published research focuses on improving oral health literacy for children and families, and he’s passionate about making dental visits fun and positive. Outside the office, he enjoys fitness, cooking, sneaker collecting, and family time. Dr. Beatriz Guerra specializes in caring for children and teens, including those needing advanced procedures. She believes every patient deserves compassionate, personalized care that builds comfort and confidence. When she’s not working, she loves outdoor adventures, cooking, and spending time with Dr. Andrew, their son, and their two dachshunds, Cooper and Oliver.
