Our goal is to educate people with life long nutritional habits that helps them maintain the weight they have lost with us and continue their healthy lifestyle. Our practice has expanded to Diabetes Management, Education & Medication Management. As a Nationally Certified Diabetes Educator and MS, RN I can address all of your diabetes related questions, develop nutritional plans and review medications. These visits typically would be covered by your insurance carrier! We have a second location in Albany, NY serving all of Albany, Rensselear and Schenectady Counties!
