Dr. Alfred Geissele is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in spinal disorders in both children and adults. His areas of interest include back and neck pain, ruptured discs, fractures in the aging spine, spondylolisthesis, sacroiliac joint disorders, and scoliosis in children and adults, as well as minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Geissele is the only orthopaedist in the Unifour area to have qualified for fellowship in the American College of Surgeons (ACS). Fellows are board-certified surgeons whose education, training, professional qualifications, surgical competence, and ethical conduct are reviewed and found to be consistent with the high standards of the ACS.
