DCHC offers a variety of different programs to assist our residents in living their fullest lives. With our clean, comfortable accommodations, our residents enjoy a friendly staff that creates a variety of social opportunities and recreational programs to keep them interactive and entertained. Nutritious meals and snacks are served daily by our experienced staff. All medical care at Downey Community Health Center is prescribed by the resident's chosen attending physician. When therapy is ordered, our rehabilitation team assesses the resident's condition, limitations and prognosis for improvement. The attending physician and our therapists work together to create the best treatment plan to assist the resident. Our goal is to achieve the greatest possible functional gains and improve the quality of life for our resident.
