I am a 60 year old female who is on the spectrum. High functioning even though I dislike the term. I have so much lived experience and skills to share. I have been a peer counselor since Jan 2016. I work at the SFVCMHC, Inc. I am trying now to offer my services on a one to one or group to one services.I have had an enormous negative lived experience as I am sure you have had as well. I'm not here to 'one up you' but rather be a person with the lived experience who can guide you at the same time understand and accept you for the resilient person you are.
