What began as one psychiatric practice in the Hudson Valley has grown into a multidisciplinary mental health network offering psychiatry, therapy, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), and Spravato® across New York. Clearwave brings psychiatry, therapy, and advanced treatments such as TMS and Spravato® together within one care network. This allows our clinicians to offer more options and coordinate care when a single treatment has not provided enough relief. With 10 locations across the Hudson Valley, Westchester, Long Island, the Capital Region, and Central New York, Clearwave care is closer than you may think.
