I have been working in the mental health field with individuals 8 and older for the past 13 years. My approach is strengths based and client focused to address a variety of mental health issues and life stressors (including those occurring during pregnancy and the postpartum period). My style is relational, collaborative, and empowering. I also utilize trauma focused treatment including EMDR (I have completed Part 1 and 2 of EMDR training) to treat trauma (including birth related traumas), anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.
