Philip Rosenthal, MD, is a board certified neurological surgeon practicing at Neurological Surgery Associates located in Bakersfield, California. He specializes in minimally invasive brain and spine surgery.   He graduated from The University of Pennsylvania, where he began his research in brain metabolism while he was a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School.
