Dr. Kelley graduated from Loma Linda University of Medicine in 2000 with an M.D. In 2006 Dr Kelley received his Fellowship from the Southern California Center of Sports Medicine specializing in Sports Medicine, Arthroscopic surgery, Shoulder and knee reconstruction and replacement.
