Dr. Hort is a graduate of the Temple University School of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction and complex foot and ankle surgery at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Hort is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. He has lectured extensively both in the United States and abroad. Dr. Hort specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures of the knee, foot and ankle.

Patrick E. Jones, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine at Southeast Orthopedic Specialists in St. Augustine, FL. He treats athletes and active adults with knee, shoulder and elbow injuries. Services include shoulder, elbow and knee arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, total and reverse shoulder replacement, and cartilage repair and knee preservation. Dr. Jones earned his medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, completed his residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and a sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction fellowship at Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas.
