Dr. Frank graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Biology.; He then went on to complete his medical degree, internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas at Houston.; He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology through a combined program with the University of Texas at Houston and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.; ;He is published in recognized medical journals and has presented at multiple meetings both locally and nationally. ; ;He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
