Radiance Pediatric Therapy is a family-owned pediatric occupational therapy clinic in Bentonville serving children 8 months to 18 years across Northwest Arkansas. Our licensed, NBCOT-certified therapists provide warm, child-led, play-based, evidence-based care that is neurodivergent-affirming for children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory or regulation needs. Services include early intervention, sensory and reflex integration, fine motor and handwriting, gross motor and coordination, self-care skills, and the DIR model. Our new clinic has a sensory gym with a ball pit, slide, climbing wall, and trampoline, and we also treat in local preschools. Medicaid/ARKids, most major plans, and private pay accepted.
