We use various massage and joint manipulation techniques along with therapeutic exercise to correct alignment and fix poor movement patterns that lead to injury. Our unique blend of expertise in exercise allows us to blend ideas from crossfit, yoga, weightlifting, and Pilates to assist the client who is injured but wants to return back to their sport/fitness or wants to enhance their performance. Our specialty is to help bridge the gap between rehab and fitness using a variety of tools: ART (active release technique), cupping, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Pilates, TRX, Kettlebells and other exercise methods. We provide highly personalized care and spend an hour with each client for optimal results. You are never double booked and will never be passed off to an aide or assistant. Clients tell us that coming to see us is like having a personal trainer and massage therapist rolled into one with the additional benefit of having medical knowledge. We also offer wellness coaching and personal training programs for people who would like to continue working with our exercise specialists who are also licensed physical therapists.
