With a comprehensive physical examination, we are able to isolate muscle imbalances and joint dysfunctions that are contributing to mechanical breakdowns in the movement patterns. We utilize corrective exercises to help restore asymmetries in muscle function. Manual therapy can be used to address joint stiffness or facilitate proper muscle recruitment patterns. In acute cases, modalities can be implemented to address pain and inflammation.
