Helping Hands Therapy offers a wide range of outpatient services to our community of Lafayette. Though we have provided Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy for physical impairments of any kind for over 8 years, our clinical specialty and our love and passion are the treatment of neurological disorders. Our therapists are renowned for their expertise in the rehabilitation of Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury. Sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation are also available at Helping Hands Therapy. Contact our office so we can meet with you personally and evaluate your condition. Our thorough treatment plan will address your personal and familial needs and wants. Our therapists work individually with patients to help them regain independence. We do not believe in exercise equipment typical of other rehabilitation facilities. Instead, Helping Hands Therapy focuses on meaningful activities that can be reproduced and practiced in the patient's own environment.

At Flow Physical Therapy, we believe healthcare should feel personal. Unlike many traditional Physical Therapy clinics, every session is one-on-one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. No aides, no techs, and no juggling multiple patients at once. You receive 60 minutes of uninterrupted care focused entirely on you. Flow Physical Therapy was founded by Dr. Patrick Thompson, a Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and Osteopractic Physical Therapist. His approach combines detailed movement assessment, manual therapy, spinal and extremity manipulation, dry needling, cupping, corrective exercise, and individualized treatment plans designed to address the root cause. We specialize in helping active adults, busy professionals, runners, golfers, pickleball players, gym-goers, and athletes recover from injuries, reduce pain, & stay active. Flow Physical Therapy is also home to Dr. Melissa Thompson, a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and founder of Louisiana Pelvic Health. She provides specialized one-on-one care for women experiencing pelvic pain, pregnancy-related discomfort, postpartum recovery, urinary leakage, painful intercourse, pelvic pressure, and other pelvic floor conditions. Our mission is simple: help people feel heard, feel validated, uncover the root cause of their symptoms, and get back to living life without pain getting in the way. Serving Lafayette, Youngsville, and the greater Acadiana area.
