Since opening in 2019, we've taken a different approach to rehabilitation: our licensed therapists treat the root cause of pain, injury, and dysfunction -- not just the symptoms -- through personalized, one-on-one care plans built around each patient's unique goals. Our services include orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, hands-on manual therapy, pediatric therapy, speech-language services, and yoga and wellness classes. Every visit is one-on-one with a licensed therapist, and every plan treats the whole person -- restoring strength, mobility, and independence rather than chasing isolated symptoms. Many people can start physical therapy without a referral under Montana direct access. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
