P3 is a combined Physical Therapy clinic & private Pilates studio. The Physical Therapy assessments are always individualized and performed on a one-on-one basis. The PT treatments consist of manual therapy (joint mobilization & soft tissue release), individualized therapeutic exercise (with a Pilates emphasis, if appropriate) and patient education. P3 is contracted with BCBS & Medicare, but most insurance plans are accepted and a self-pay option is offered. The Certified Pilates Instructors offer private, duo or trio sessions focusing on the individual and they key principles of Pilates. Pilates exercises can be performed on a mat, or with the equipment at P3 (reformer, Cadillac or trapeze table, ladder barrel, and/or the arc or spine corrector).
