We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic dedicated to helping our patients of all ages and mobility level achieve their highest level of independence, personal goals, and return to play whether that is an UIL sport, weekend warrior, daily fitness training, or accessing their home environment. We specialize in hands on, one-on-one treatment with our patients to make sure they get the full benefit of their time in our office.
Clinicians working with each child at Hope & Believe Pediatric Therapy use a holistic approach to the child, working in an interdisciplinary manner to facilitate the highest level of motor, language, and sensory processing function. Therapists use a variety of techniques and strategies specific to the individual needs of the child and family. The principle objective of Injury 1 is to meet the medical, functional and vocational needs of individuals experiencing both acute and chronic physical injury. We strive to increase our patients' independent functioning, reduce dependence on medical providers, and decrease time off of work in order to facilitate resumption of the patient's pre-injury level of functioning. The clinical team at Injury 1 has been delivering rehabilitation services to individuals with work related accidents and personal injuries. Our team possesses a working knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation, case management, TDI-DWC rules, regulations and processes, community resources, and vocational re-integration. We also have bilingual providers and staff to meet the needs of our Spanish-speaking patients.
Waco Bone and Joint offers a broad range of orthopaedic treatments and a genuine effort to make each patient's experience as pleasant as possible. Our board certified or board eligible physicians are capable of providing excellent orthopaedic care, as well as sports medicine treatment. We are pleased to provide sports medicine care to Baylor University and Hill College, serving as team physicians for the past 30 years. The practice of sports medicine is a team approach with input from primary care physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, athletic trainers and physical therapists. At Waco Bone and Joint, we use this team approach to offer our patients the most comprehensive services in orthopaedics and sports medicine. Our goal is to help our patients lead an active and healthy lifestyle by helping them choose appropriate exercises and training techniques and by providing personalized care.
