We're a semi private, by appointment backyard sauna and cold plunge spa experience located in the heart of Uptown Village near downtown Vancouver, Wa. We have a traditional Finnish inspired sauna, clean, filtered, and chilled cold plunge tanks as well as an outdoor shower. We book up to four people at one time and can increase the number of bathers for private parties or events.

Advanced Pediatric Therapies, with locations in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington, is a pediatric occupational therapy practice committed to meeting the needs of children. We focus on providing a highly individualized, multi-faceted and holistic treatment approach to ensure that each child's needs are met. Our spaces are playful and inviting therapeutic environments with state of the art equipment that can provide a range of opportunities for sensory input, while promoting physical development, challenging motor planning skills, as well as increasing confidence for developing cognitive and social skills. We are also a National Mentor Site for therapists wishing to increase their competency with the Therapeutic Listening Program. Our therapists are highly trained occupational therapists who specialize in treating sensory integration dysfunction (SPD).

Adam has a special interest in treatment of orthopedic conditions with manual therapy and has training from the North American Institute of Manual Therapy. He is especially interested in treatment of disorders of the foot and has special training in fitting for custom shoe orthotics.
