He completed his premedical education at U.C.L.A. and podiatric medical school at the California College of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated with high honors in recognition of his academic achievement. He was a former residency director at Orange Coast Memorial Hospital, associate clinical professor in foot and ankle surgery at the California College of Podiatric Medicine and fellowship director at Southwest Podiatric Sports Medicine and Surgery Program.

Hello, my name is Dr. David Levin. I graduated from Penn State University and The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine on the Dean's List and in the Honors Fraternity. I was accepted to a post-graduate residency program in foot surgery to a hospital in Buena Park, CA that specialized in foot surgery. It was during that program that I worked with dozens of different doctors performing thousands of different procedures. It was there I learned what procedures were effective and, as important, what procedures were not effective.
