Nicanda Gordon, M.D., is a family medicine physician at Baptist Health Primary Care. He provides comprehensive healthcare to patients, serving as the primary point of contact for their healthcare needs. He specializes in preventive care and lifestyle medicine and treats a wide range of chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, obesity, COPD, sickle cell, asthma and osteoarthritis as well as issues related to sexual health and smoking cessation. Dr. Gordon earned his medical degree at the University of the West Indies School of Medicine in Jamaica. He completed a family medicine residency at Community Health of South Florida with rotations at Jackson Health System in Miami. Over the course of his career, Dr. Zarreii found a passion for helping men and women age gracefully while remaining active and vibrant at every phase and stage of life. He is an advocate of weight management and has published The Hungry Mind , a book available in multiple formats on Amazon. He's proud to serve as the medical director for both Abbey Delray South and Arden Courts of Delray Beach, two of the region's premier geriatric care communities.
