My academic journey commenced with Bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Psychology from Chicago State University in Illinois, reflecting my early passion for both healthcare and psychology. In 2016, I furthered my education by obtaining a Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Texas in Arlington, simultaneously achieving board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This certification underscores my expertise in addressing the intricacies of mental health. My unwavering commitment to excellence in mental healthcare prompted me to pursue a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
