Since our caregivers are direct employees of Select Home Care, we take all the worries and burdensome paperwork of finding and hiring a caregiver off your hands. We take care of workers’ comp insurance, social security, and all income tax withholdings. We carefully screen all employees and hand-pick the caregiver that is the best match for each client in our care. Our screening process includes background investigations of criminal, civil, and driving record. We check health status, employment references, and credit history. We are fully insured and all our caregivers are bonded.
