Tri-City Health center provides medical services to individuals in Alameda County. We have 3 sites in Fremont. Our VIP program is located at our State Street location and provides free HIV/STD screening, family planning services and Hepatitis A and B vaccinations to those who qualify and most do. We are open to everyone! We specialize in men who have sex with men, transgender , men and women sexual health. We offer convenient drop-in hours and a drop-in day just for men. You can also get your HIV test results in about 20 minutes. No blood or needles are needed for you HIV test. Our friendly staff of clinicians and health education staff are here for you.
