Family Medicine
Family First Medical Center is a team of family doctors and health care professionals in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The clinic was founded in 2002 by Dr. Flint Packer. Dr. Packer wanted to start a medical practice where he could provide high-quality preventative care while building relationships with patients. In 2003 Dr. Boyd Southwick joined the team, bringing the same patient-centered philosophy as Dr. Packer. Both doctors are enthusiastic to provide comprehensive healthcare to you and your family!
Mountain View Hospital is a 20-bed acute care facility that has more than 250 employees and over 40 volunteers. It offers surgical services that include hernia repair, cholecystectomy, colectomy, thyroidectomy, plastic surgery, gastrointestinal procedures, appendectomy and hemorrhoidectomy. Mountain View Hospital offers gynecological care, stereotactic, breast biopsy and mammograms. The medical imaging services offered by the hospital include ultrasound, X-ray, fluoroscopy and magnetic resonance imaging.
