The Greenville Hospital System's Patewood Medical Campus hosts Patewood Memorial Hospital, which features private rooms that are equipped with refrigerators, in-room televisions and DVD players. Patewood Memorial Hospital also has surgical suites, as well as provides gynecology and urogynecology surgery services. The Greenville Hospital System's Patewood Medical Campus also has the Institute for Vascular Health, which is one of the largest noninvasive peripheral vascular laboratories in the Southeast. The Institute for Vascular Health offers X-ray, cardiac nuclear imaging, echocardiography, CT scan and phlebotomy solutions. In addition, The Greenville Hospital System's Patewood Medical Campus hosts the Center for Success in Aging, which offers a range of geriatric assessment services for senior citizens.
Dr. Shepard graduated from the State University of New York and completed her residency at GHS Children's Hospital. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Greenville County Medical Society. Dr. Shepard's medical interests include asthma, allergies, ADD, and rheumatology. Dr. Shepard enjoys following her patients from birth through the college years celebrating all of their developmental milestones along with their parents!
