I understand that procrastination, inconsistency, and “falling off” usually come from: emotional blocks burnout unhealed patterns lack of belief, not lack of discipline That alone separates my program from generic accountability coaches.
S. O’Berry Solutions LLC offers therapy that feels human, practical, and genuinely conversational. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, burnout, major life transitions, and serious mental illness when outpatient therapy is an appropriate level of care. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. Therapy should feel like a real conversation, not an interrogation or a checklist of symptoms. I want clients to feel comfortable being fully themselves while we make sense of what is happening, build useful coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. I offer in-person appointments in Mobile, Alabama, as well as secure virtual therapy throughout Alabama. Friday and Saturday appointments are also available, which can make therapy easier to fit around work, family, and other responsibilities. Whether someone is adjusting to a new season of life, grieving a loss, struggling with their mental health, or simply feeling overwhelmed and ready for something to change, my goal is to provide a space that is supportive, honest, individualized, and useful.
