Hi, I help lovers regain powerful relationships with themselves, their partners and their families. As I look back over my life, I can identify times where I continued to settle for toxic relationships; not only with others but also myself. I have set up many nights questioning if I was worthy of love. I have struggled with expressing my voice in my most intimate relationships and knowing and loving myself. I use to describe myself as actually being “un-loveable.” Working through physical, sexual, and emotional abuse was no easy task and it didn’t happen overnight. Now I am a mom of a blended family of 8 kids and wife. I used the pain of childhood abuse, low self esteem, constant toxic relationships, and the uncertainty of my abilities as a wife and mom, to help empower others to have more powerful relationships. I was tired of hiding who I was and settling for what was given to me. I remember feeling like I was defined by what someone else made me or told me who I was. I was tired of my view of myself slowly fading into the background of my partners vision of who they wanted me to be. Transforming myself and finding my courage and voice was incredibly hard but worth it. I want to help people who are struggling to go from feeling the way I did to feeling the way I do now. I feel happier, more secure, and healthier than I ever have before. Whatever relationship battle you are in, I am here to work alongside you to cultivate the relationships you deserve.
