I've lost a child. I've lost the love of my life to cancer. When you go in, and see a psychologist.Or psychiatrist, it feels like they're looking down their nose at you.Because they haven't been through what you've been through.I have been through the same thing.If not worse than my clients have. I have a degree, certifications , diplomas , but the raw experiences are what makes me the best in my field. I resonate with my clients. We learn from the past. Set goals for the future and just keep moving forward. I'm a published author and I put out a thirty day , reflection journal and each one of my clients get a journal, and start their self discovery journey.
