I am a current PhD student for Psychology, with a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Psychology, and licensing in both Professional Life Coaching and Professional Recovery Coaching. With such, I have the capacity to help my clients make huge moves that will shift debilitating symptoms into productive ones. Additionally, I can employ a variety of Psychological methods of which actually lead to results. The results include living a life free of problematic issues, as you will learn how to master your mind, control your stressors, and utilize a multitude of coping mechanisms- only taught to those in the field of Psychology. My approach is empathetic, yet also scientific, valid, and reliable. In other words, I am open and honest with my clients, as my goal is to see positive change in those that I work with.
