As a former nurse and healthcare executive, I've known personal and prefessional stress. What if you had a champion to work through limiting thoughts? What if you had a champion that shifted limiting thoughts to empowering ones and got you excited about living a life in a way that you imagine possible. CREATE the LIFE and Business that YOU LOVE. Stop the self-doubt, marginalizing self-talk and playing small. Change starts within you, what you think. Imagine developing confidence, living in your zone of authenticity and personal power, and achieving a higher level of productivity and focus. That's what transformational coaching (brain and body science) with Jo Ellen does for you. I'm available for 1:1 coaching, group coaching or small group events.

I feel my strongest attributes are being able to see under the surface talk to the actual core of the issue. From there I'm able to articulate a shifting of perspective that will help transcend the issue in a relatable way thereby producing tangible results very quickly. You've suffered long enough to get you to the point of reaching out for help...that's long enough! Now it's time to change things and stop the suffering as quickly as possible.
