Everyday life is the special part of being human. My love for re-framing the ordinary into an extraordinary experience has been a part of my everyday life journey. Professionally, I have worked in health care as a clinician, administrator, consultant, and researcher. I hold a PhD in nursing and am licensed as a registered nurse in South Dakota. It has been my privilege to be the mother of three adult sons, enjoying the company of my three daughter-in-laws, and grandmother to seven fabulous grandsons ages 1 year to 12 years. My greatest challenge in this life has been the unanticipated death of my husband in September of 2020. The pain associated with the loss of my soul mate turned my everyday life into an unfamiliar existence. My experiences of grief and sorrow complimented by the memories of our love and the joy we shared has challenged my everyday life in ways I couldn’t anticipate. We all face challenges, feel stuck at times, see life changes as barriers, and fall short of our goals. I will offer you tools to assess your current life, listening and support while you establish goals, and provide accountability to guide you to an enriched everyday life.
