I have spent the last 15 years focusing on my life coaching practice while continuing a 24 year career in corporate coaching. As a certified life and corporate coach, My clients and I develop a partnership. We use custom taylored strategies to create a program and process to reach their personal or corporate goals. As a certified life coach, the idea is to bridge the gap between the clients personal goals and current daily life results. Life Coaching includes clarifying the client's personal vision and purpose, addressing behaviors that create barriers to success, problem solving, and handling challenges as they occur. I am motivated by goals and objectives and have continued to align myself with mentors in every aspect of my life, from career mentors, to fitness mentors to parenting mentors to religious mentors. I have been profiled in the Huffington Post, published articles in several pyschology online publications and I have made an appearance on Great Day Houston, Houston Life and Fox 26 News, as well as various radio segments. In addition, I continue to do public speaking events as the keynote speaker as well as being a part of panels to discuss wellness and balance.
