I excel at facilitating healing through the processes of physical, mental, emotional & yes spiritual Energetic & Physical Transformation. I am a Wholistic Health & Wellness Practioner & Author. I am a Reiki, CranioSacral & NLP Practioner & Spiritual & Life Coach. I am a retired Healthcare Professional & I have taken my years of practice in the Field of Physical Rehabilitation, Mental & Behavioral Health & integrated it into my practice of educating & facilitating healing on a deep profound cellular & molecular level of healing. Not only have I helped many others but I have Transformed my own life's traumas & woundings. My philosophy is "As we heal on the inside we begin to heal on the outside impacting not only our own quality of life but that of those around us & the world". Through out my 26 years of practicing Western Medicine I was always draw to alternative Eastern medicine & Ancient Medicinal Ways & sought out education, training & certification in areas of interest to me thus adding to my skill set my tool bag that I utilize in the healing process. I have been practicing the Healing Arts in one form or another for over 46 years. I began my education by diving into the world of Applied Sciences in the Arenas of Pychology, Sociology & Physical Therapy in the Fall of 1978 after Highschool & it has been an amazing & awarding journey every since. I am blessed to be able to use all my skills to facilitate healing & It would be an honor to help you in your healing process.

Holistic integration is key for lasting change, so we tackle wellness in her physical body by establishing healthier habits and using movement as medicine; wellness in her mind through releasing limiting beliefs and recognizing/ course correcting negative thought patterns; and wellness of her spirit by tapping back into her intuition and connection to her higher power.
