6:19 Health & Performance exists to help athletes and families develop the right way—with a long-term, health-first approach to performance. We focus on building strong movement foundations, resilience, confidence, and discipline so athletes can perform at a high level without sacrificing their bodies or their love for the game. Our approach goes beyond workouts and drills; we educate, guide, and partner with families to create clear development plans that support both athletic success and personal growth. At 6:19, every athlete is treated as an individual, and every plan is built with purpose, integrity, and care for who they are becoming on and off the field.
