Hi! I am a psychologist who provides psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching to adults, adolescents, and seniors. My specialty area is relationships - I work with all sorts of relationships - marriage, dating, business partnerships, siblings, and more. I find relationship work both challenging and enjoyable. Helping people to understand what motivates and matters to them, what motivates and matters to their significant others, and how to better communicate with and support one another, is a joyful enterprise. I also enjoy working with individuals who are trying to navigate personal issues. These might include depression, anxiety, or difficulty with anger, but may also involve managing a crisis, chronic health problems, career choice, workplace concerns, or uncertainty about major decisions. The values with which I approach my work include honesty, being straight-forward, and keeping a sense of humor.
With over 15 years of experience in life coaching, I bring a proven, results-driven approach to helping individuals gain clarity, break limiting patterns, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals. I have successfully guided clients through career transitions, life balance challenges, relationship growth, emotional resilience, and mindset transformation—helping them move beyond conventional thinking and step confidently “out of the box.” My coaching style is holistic, practical, and deeply personalized, combining strategic planning with emotional intelligence and self-awareness. I offer a wide range of services including career and leadership coaching, life balance and wellness alignment, relationship and communication coaching, confidence building, mindset and habit transformation, resume and personal branding guidance, and goal-setting with accountability. Clients choose me for my experience, empathy, and ability to turn insight into lasting action—creating growth that is not just inspiring, but sustainable.
