Tufts Medical Center Community Care, formerly Hallmark Health Medical Associates (HHMA), is a multi-specialty medical group of more than 90 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants specializing in family medicine and internal medicine, as well as OB/GYN, gastroenterology, endocrinology, general surgery, breast health, hematology/oncology, infectious diseases, neurology and neurosurgery. With more than 20 offices conveniently located in 10 communities in north suburban Boston, the physician group is affiliated with MelroseWakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, and can refer to Tufts Medical Center in Boston for specialized care not available locally.
