I charge 50.00 per blood draw - this includes everything from my travel to you, specimen collection to specimen drop off. If you prefer to have your blood drawn in an office setting, I can provide that as well. I provide all supplies that are necessary to obtain your blood unless it is for a specific lab and in that case I will utilize the kit that they provide to you. My fee is sometimes negotiable depending upon certain circumstances or services needed. I accept cash, credit cards, check, Venmo and Zelle. Sorry, I do not bill insurance companies.
