About Teddy-Tech, Inc Teddy-Tech, Inc began operations on August 14, 1989 as a home-based business with two sisters-in-law. We have since grown and have added a daughter-in-law to our family business. With the help of a local female Cardiothoracic Surgeon, Teddy-Tech, Inc created "Cough Buddy." In the past 19 years we have expanded our product line to include children's bears and gift shop items. We service the entire United States, Canada and Europe.
