Millie Clinic is a modern, midwifery-led, OB-supported maternity and gynecology clinic in Berkeley, CA. Our model blends the holistic, evidence-based approach of Certified Nurse Midwives with the medical expertise of OB-GYNs, offering prenatal care, pregnancy confirmation, transfer of care, hospital births at Alta Bates, and postpartum support. Gynecology includes annual wellness exams, birth control consults, IUD placement/removal, preconception counseling, fertility assessments, and perimenopause and menopause care. We also offer prenatal classes, doula coaching, lactation support, and postpartum groups. Gynecology care is open to all — no maternity care required. Major insurance and some Medicaid accepted.
Earth & Expansion offers prenatal and postnatal yoga, handcrafted herbal medicines, and supportive circles for prenatal and postnatal folks creating space for nourishment, connection, and embodied care during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
