Picture This Birth offers high-touch birth doula support and documentary birth photography for families who want to feel prepared, cared for, and fully themselves through birth. Based in Irvine, I primarily serve Orange County, with select availability in South Los Angeles County, the western Inland Empire, and North County San Diego. Birth doula care includes one-to-one prenatal preparation, continuous labor support, hands-on comfort measures, positioning, breathing and relaxation, partner coaching, informed decision support, and early postpartum follow-up. Birth photography can be booked on its own or woven into doula care for families who want one familiar person caring for the experience and preserving the story. I also offer full-spectrum doula support for abortion, pregnancy loss, and infant loss. Services are available in English, Spanish, and French. Eligible doula care may be covered through Medi-Cal or select commercial insurance benefits; birth photography is private pay.
