I specialize in working with women and their partners to facilitate an amazing, empowering birth experience. My philosophy is that birthing is a very natural, intuitive process and our bodies can be trusted. A woman's body and her baby work together during birth in an intricate biological dance and much of the mama's work is to relax and let go and surrender to this process. Much of my work, and mom's partner's work, too, is helping to create a safe, loving, and supportive space for this to unfold. I firmly believe that birth is important! Welcoming a child into the world is a profound and deeply joyful experience. It can also be challenging in every way... emotionally, mentally, and physically. I love to work through these challenges with you and be there for the birth of a beautiful new family. I chose to become a doula because I want to help you have the best, most safe and satisfying birth possible.

What makes my doula business unique is the personalized, compassionate, and judgment-free support I provide to every family. I understand that every pregnancy, birth, postpartum journey, and family is different, so my services are tailored to each client’s individual needs. I provide support beyond labor and delivery, including birth doula services, postpartum care, lactation support, birth planning, comfort measures, newborn education, and emotional support. I also provide compassionate support for families experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or other difficult transitions. I proudly support first-time parents, single mothers, military families, and families from all backgrounds. My goal is to make every client feel heard, informed, respected, and supported while helping them advocate for the birth and postpartum experience they want. For me, being a doula is more than being present for a birth it is about building trust, providing reassurance, and being a consistent source of support before, during, and after one of life’s biggest transitions.
