The offerings of The Sacred Red are at the intersection of weaving the practical to spiritual around the topics of menstruation, womb care, pregnancy, and pregnancy release. I create and hold spaces for both individuals and in group or circle settings to facilitate and witness healing around these topics, from dialogue to ritual. We offer educational content and herbal care products to support these experiences and processes on our Etsy shop, and also virtual and in-person support to people with wombs. Experiencing pregnancy release, including miscarriage and abortion, is statistically common & has existed in every culture across every time line. Our intention is to bring awareness to and shift the current paradigm that re-enforces narratives of shame, guilt, fear, unworthiness, wrong-doing, inherent trauma, lack of control, moving into a remembrance that embodies choice as love, growth, truth, justice, healing, autonomy, empowerment, and spiritually in the experiences of abortion & miscarriage.
