I have an extensive background spanning over a decade in healthcare, with a specific focus on women's health, family building and conception, paired with years immersed in the study of birth, my mission is to facilitate a conscious connection to your birthing journey. I offer intentional birth doula and postpartum doula services, as well as one on one coaching for preconception, pregnancy, birth intentions and beyond. In both birth and life, mindset work is the most important work that we can do. We hold the power to redefine our experiences by shifting our perspectives as well as practicing radical self accountability and acceptance. That is a big focus in my practice.
